If you combine all of his comments in the CW section, with the fact that he was caught red handed for having virtual lolicon CSAM on his PC, you could build a solid court case against vaush based on just the publicly available evidence. That's not even considering what would happen if the feds data mined his PC. This guy could legitimately end up on probation or house arrest with restricted internet access if anyone decides to initiate legal proceedings against him.

IANAL but I don't think anything shown is illegal in America (V*ush is in San Fran, right?), where the relevant law requires that the image look realistic to be considered CSAM.edit: hmm looks like it has been prosecuted before under the PROTECT act of 2003, but it doesn't seem like settled case law to me since the person who got got was charged with obscenity and not possessing CSAM, which is a different thing.
