They literally think Ukraine is going to successfully repel the Russians, so they don't see it as a hopeless war. If you consume nothing but lib media you will think that 20,000 Russian troops have been killed, the entire Russian air force obliterated by the ghost of Kiev, the Russians don't actually control any territory and are just holding the highways, and that the vast majority of Russian citizens are ready to overthrow Putin. They have no idea what the reality of the situation is, so capitulating just doesn't make sense to them.

One part is that the Russian propaganda apparatus, already much less effective than the Ukraine, has now been entirely cut off.
So we see all the issues the Russians are having, but not the increasingly severe ablation of the Ukraine regular army.
But looking at Ukraine images we've gone from seeing Armor and combined arms attacks to militia with increasingly lighter anti tank weapons using drones for targeting.
Even with support...they're losing their best divisions to attrition from 2nd rate Soviet ones.
I think we'll see a sudden collapse, I'm not sure if it'll be days or weeks, but its gonna be hell for Ukrainian civillians when the general rout starts.
