Good thing the only victims were on the plane. Absolutely no one on that plane left behind loved ones or others who may have depended on them for support. What an ideal situation for Boeing:what-the-hell:

Black box recordings show that drink and snack service continued until the moment of impact and everybody sounded like they were having a lovely time

Lawyers will argue the most horrifying things. Trump Administration lawyers (ofc may as well have been Biden) argued in court that the detained migrant children didn’t need soap, toothbrushes, blankets or a bed.

It’s a fucking game to them. A chess match. They pay no attention whatsoever to the morality of their statements.

And then they get upset when you call them inhuman villains. "Every client deserves a lawyer! Even slavers!"

Strap Boeing executives to 500 mph aluminum shrapnel rocket drop into the ground and see how "painless" it is for them and their families.

That is cartoon villain levels of disgusting. I don't know if I should rage or be impressed.

they might have suffered a little while they were trapped inside a cabin full of screaming people watching the ground hurtle toward them

I don’t know if this is true-true, but it’s been said that planes and tall buildings don’t have parachutes because dead people are cheaper than badly injured people.

There's no situation that justifies putting parachutes for passengers on an airplane. I can't think of a single incident that I've ever heard of (I'm a plane crash enthusiast tbh) where it would have saved even a single life.

Even if you tossed aside any thoughts of actual efficiency, where would you even fit that many parachutes on a commercial airliner? There's already a non-zero chance your luggage ends up on another plane due to weight limits/distribution concerns.

I heard that's why they ask you to get into that bending over in your seat position with your hands over your neck: so that the impacts breaks your neck. Don't know if it's true.

Edit: it's called brace position, and snopes is calling me out :pinocchio-evil:

I wouldn't put much faith in what Snopes says, since they've fully embraced their role as a neoliberal mouthpiece. But, they're probably correct here.

I straight up refuse to sit in Boeing airplanes and have been doing so since the whole thing.
