i've been skimming the r/UFO megathread about the grusch hearing, and holy shit—americans are taking this shit seriously???

here's a summary provided by some reddit users:

  • Gaetz saw a previously unmentioned UAP (a leaker reached out to him, unknown individuals tried to prevent his access to the information)

  • A UAP has injuried someone(s) trying to reverse engineer it

  • Both humans and UAPs have harmed human witnesses

  • One of our pilots mentioned a previously unmentioned UAP hovering at a work, pilot got within 50 feet (black cube in clear sphere model)

  • A football field-sized red cube UAP

  • Grusch's wife and Grusch saw something that terrified them

  • The gov has communicated with them

  • Corporations are on secret bankrolls that congress clearly isn't aware of to work on this

  • They are top secret classification and committee members who should have access don't and are unaware of the projects

  • Biological material has been retrieved

  • Grusch has seen the vehicles but not the entities

lol. lmao, even

well, according to the intellectuals of reddit, they're here to save our planet from global warming and/or nuclear war. so maybe if you ask them nicely?

Aliens: We now own you earthlings. You will be forced to work for us. You will only get three days a week off from work, and 30 days of vacation. You will be forced to work your species' maximum productivity of 10 hours a week. To keep diseases from making everyone else unproductive, you will not be allowed to go out or work while you are sick. To keep you docile, we will only compensate you 50% of the amount of wealth you generate.

The idea that an actual whistleblower can just waltz into congress and get wall to wall nonstop mainstream media coverage is some third-rate screenwriter shit.

The aliens are so advanced that they can disregard basic physics (or cost cutting techniques) and build pressurized cubes.

bigfoot seems genuinely way more real than UFOs, humans have found unknown primates many times in the past hundred years and the bigfoot theory presumes they're more intelligent than other non-human primates

still unlikely but at least it's not spacemans doing transdimensional travel to wreck their saucers in the american midwest levels of dumb

It's safer to put biggie in the crypto zoological category as it might be a species not yet documented and studied. Aliens are just too weird and supernatural almost like to grapple with, if you believe what people are saying mind you.

Aliens are almost certainly real, the problem is we'll never ever see them because space is too big and time is too long.

Bigfoot is 100% real and he is a wise and noble creature. We'll see him when we deserve it.

If Bigfoot were real it wouldn’t require totally discarding the most well-proven and most astoundingly predictive piece of human knowledge.

Bigfoot being real means “huh, weird he managed to stay hidden all this time.”

Aliens visiting earth means we need to drop not just relativity and Einstein but also Maxwell which is weird since electricity seems to actually work pretty well.

Only if it was aliens visiting using magic star wars hyperdrives or whatever. Thing is that if aliens did visit earth without violating a bunch of laws of physics then we would see their interstellar ship in its deceleration burn from outside the solar system at least a decade before it arrived in earth orbit. It would be a star in the night sky that over a few years would get progressively brighter.

Interstellar travel technically is possible but it would take decades between even the closest stars and it would involve a massive amount of energy first being used to accelerate out of a star system then an equally massive amount of energy used to decelerate at the destination star system. You can't hide something like that from observers at the destination.

That's why these dumbasses keep trying to insinuate that it might be inter-dimensional travelers. Can't find any physical evidence of their approach? Just make up an entire new branch of physics to explain it away. thinking-about-it

sorry, but i can't stop reading through the grusch megathread

apparently the first confirmed (lol) discovery of a UFO wreck happened in the 1930s in fascist italy, and since then they've been found all over the world. and okay, the idea that UFO 'wreckage sites' are contained exclusively to the US is stupid enough, but how on god's green earth can these super advanced alien aircrafts stay secret if they keep mccaining themselves (which, from what grusch is implying, seems to be a frequent event?) all over the damn globe?

the mental hoops you have to go through....

i guess every government has a secret UFO task force then? or maybe it's those super secret illegally funded big corporations that grusch mentioned that takes care of all wreck sites? which is probably fine, since they never seem to crash anywhere close to any human settlement (unless, of course, the aliens leave no witnesses)

Alien Aircraft? In this gravity? During this time of year? On this continent? In this weather? And you're saying you've recovered the remains of a bright red craft the size of a football field?

      Absolutely, sir. Yes.

      Can I see it?

      No.

Maybe someone sent a Von Neumann probe but it's drunk?

i guess every government has a secret UFO task force then?

Technically X-Com is a multinational secret organization organized under the auspices of the UN.

As someone who grew up in the 90s I find it genuinely hysterical that in the current timeline we have sitting members of Congress taking this ufo/alien shit very seriously and it is the obscure niche corners of the internet debunking it and saying it's all bullshit.

A lot of the stuff he’s said has been floating around for a while on official channels. The non-human biologics thing being confirmed is new, but not really surprising. Honestly at this point they should put up or shut up. All the public has are people talking about confidential stuff, fuckin show us the confidential shit or shut up The aliens aren’t helping me with my rent, so fuck em
