      "over 2000km", so definitely within range of Berlin, even from Moscow. If they shot from about the Russian border, Paris/London are about 2500km away. If shot from the border of Belarus with Lukashenko's blessing, then they're within 2000km range. And anti-missile technology is shaky at best for old, clunky missiles and a non-factor at worst for more current-gen ones, so basically, there's nothing that can stop them other than a very well-placed mountain. Even then, I don't know how fast it can accelerate to a different direction, so maybe that's not even enough.

        I love the fact that some guy can accidentally shoot a missile at Russia and we'll all be dead within 15 minutes

          Yeah. If NATO decides to engage and Russia starts pulling out all the modern shit they have, and then it goes nuclear, everywhere in Europe would have, if notified immediately after the Russian nukes came out (assuming there's a good about of Avangard missiles), about 10 minutes depending on distance. Which is about enough time to talk to/text their families and then go hide under a table and hope for the best. If you're east of Germany basically then it would literally be "sprint to the nearest safest spot and pray" because you'd have a minute or two with perfect, immediate alerts.

            I sometimes wonder if the whole suburban thing that America has going on is partially because of our cold war mindset of trying to deter nuclear weapons from affecting us. So while the cities might get nuclear strikes All the important people™️ will be more alive

              It would suck so fucking bad if, in the post-apocalyptic United States, it was ruled by America suburbanites because the people in the cities were all converted to nuclear ash and the people in rural areas were picked off one by one by roving bands of suburban American conservatives. :posadas: would be rolling in his fucking grave
