I predicted 2-3 months at the beginning. We'll see if my bullshit oracle powers are working.
Russians With Attitude estimated that it'd probably be over by sometime in (mid?) April in one of their podcast episode from the past couple weeks.
They also said that Russia would probably want the conflict to be over in time for the victory day parade at the latest very, which is May 9th.
It's not going to be over any time soon, as long as the weapons keep flowing in. Russians will probably breakaway parts of Ukraine, and Ukraine will go back to fighting to regain control.
