Depends on which runes. There are specific ones, like odal, that are used pretty much exclusively by Nazis. Odal by itself is like 80-90% chance of Nazi. Tyr and Algiz together - 100% nazi. And, honestly, if you get any runic stuff expect to get stink eyes from leftists, jews, and other people who have to keep an eye out for this stuff.
